The buyer's agent is also responsible for arranging and coordinating all of the professionals involved in your purchase. In most cases the seller is responsible for buyer's representation fees.

Seller's Representation

Your Realtor will walk you through the process of selling your home from beginning to end! J.D. Salley & Associates will provide you comparable information about other properties for sale, as well as providing a sketch of your home to determine accurate square footage. Your home will be listed in the Multiple Listing Service, our Facebook page and on our website. We will create flyers and place advertisements for your home. We can qualify potential buyers and negotiate sales contracts, helping you prepare for a smooth transaction.
